What is Workplace Mediation?

What are the Advantages of Workplace Mediation?Workplace mediation is a voluntary and confidential process. It can only take place on the basis that all sides are agreeable to participate. The workplace mediation process is solution focused with the object of reaching a workable and mutually agreeable solution to the conflict or issue of difference. The workplace mediator is impartial and does not take sides but helps the participants to find a lasting settlement and in changing the conflict into a positive growth. "I didn't realize where he was coming from when he talked about increased productivity." "So now what about the promotion?" "Well the boss recommended a training program coming up, and said they'd pay for it, and then maybe I'll apply, if not this time, then next."
